General Terms and Conditions & Right of Withdrawal kin-et ffm


For all business relationships between us, kin-et ffm, and our online customers, those ordering from this website, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively, unless deviating conditions have been agreed in writing in advance in individual cases.


1. Purchase contract and withdrawal options

Customers resident in Germany have a statutory right of withdrawal according to the BGB of the Federal Republic of Germany. You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing by email or letter or by returning the goods (when returning goods, the original invoice or at least a copy must be enclosed!). The period begins with receipt of this instruction at the earliest. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item / goods is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. 1.1 Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item like an owner and by refraining from anything that may impair its value. Transportable items are to be sent back. In the case of a return from a delivery of goods with a total order value of up to 100 euros, you have to bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. Otherwise, the return is free for you.


1.2 Exceptions

The return of audio and video recordings is completely excluded if clearly signs of use can be seen. This includes in particular: broken seals or opened covers. Unsealed image and sound carriers as well as books, magazines, newspapers and magazines are legally excluded from exchange, provided that there are no press or material errors or faulty data carriers. LP covers, LP inner sleeves, CD boxes, CD wreaths, video sleeves, etc. are packaging and are therefore not subject to complaint.


1.3 Special offers, promotions, textiles

Special offers and promotional goods cannot be exchanged.

In any case, textiles can only be exchanged when they have not been used or washed; Please check the textiles before they are washed or cleaned.


1.4 Austria and Switzerland

We voluntarily grant customers from Switzerland and Austria a 14-day right of return. However, in these cases we will not reimburse the shipping costs and costs incurred through the international transfer.


1.5 Withdrawal in the event of non-delivery

kin-et ffm is entitled to withdraw from the contract if an item ordered is no longer available. In this case, kin-et ffm will inform the customer immediately that the ordered product is no longer available and will ask how to proceed with any remaining open order. Any purchase price that may have already been paid for this will be reimbursed by arrangement or a credit note will be issued for future purchases on request.


2. Delivery

As a rule, we will process your order within three working days of receipt. kin-et ffm are few people. But we do our best to make sure it works on time. Delivery to end customers is only made in normal household quantities and to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Information on delivery times is non-binding, unless the delivery date has been promised as an exception.


3. Due date and payment: Purchase on advance invoice

After we have received your email order, you will receive a confirmation by email and an advance invoice by email. Please pay only after receiving the advance invoice. Please give your name and invoice number (Re.Nr. ...) when making the transfer.

All of this information is included on the advance invoice that we will send you by post. If the delivery and billing address are not the same, please let us know. The goods will only be sent after the invoice amount has been received on our account. The invoice amount is due upon receipt of the advance invoice.


4. Liability for defects

If there is a defect in the purchased item, the customer can demand subsequent performance (removal of defects or replacement delivery). If the supplementary performance fails, the customer can withdraw from the contract in the event of a not inconsiderable defect, reduce the purchase price or claim damages.

Further claims by the customer - for whatever legal reasons - are excluded. If kin-et ffm negligently violates an essential contractual obligation, the obligation to pay compensation for property damage is limited to the damage that typically occurs. The limitation period is 2 years from the date of delivery.


5. Offsetting, retention

The customer is only entitled to offset if his counterclaims have been legally established or recognized by kin-et ffm. In addition, the customer can only assert a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.


6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of kin-et ffm until all open invoices have been paid in full.


7. Privacy

When you place an order, we electronically save your customer and order data.

The entry in our newsletter mailing list is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time or simply unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an email to hallo@kin-et.de.

We do not give or sell any data to third parties.


8. Applicable Law

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt a.M., Germany.
